CANCELLATION POLICY

OPEN STUDIO: Tuesday-Wednesday 7pm-10pm and Saturday 4-9pm Members studio: will have access 24hr staring in September

Need to reschedule or cancel? We understand life happens, so we try to be as flexible as possible with our policy, while making sure we're being fair to our staff and studio.

WEEKLY, MONTHLY & PRIVATE EVENTS: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the first day of classes, after which a 50% processing fee per person applies. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds within 48 hours of the first day of the semester or later.

DATE NIGHT & FRIENDS NIGHT OUT: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the class, after which a $25 processing fee per person applies. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds within 24 hours of the class.

PRIVATE LESSONS: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the lesson, after which a $50 processing fee per person applies. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds within 24 hours of the lesson.

PARTIES & PRIVATE EVENTS: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event, after which a 50% processing fee applies. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds within 24 hours of the event.

WORKSHOPS & STUDIO EVENTS: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event, after which a 50% processing fee per person applies. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds within 24 hours of the event.

MEMBERSHIP: Members must give 30 days notice before canceling.
